The Mechanica Sistemi Spiral Chute Series 9031 is engineered for the safe and continuous gravity-driven transport of parcels, bags, cartons, and packaged products between different elevations. Designed according to the proprietary Safe Glide feature, the chute maintains a controlled and constant sliding speed, minimizing item impact and preserving package integrity throughout the descent.
Unlike conventional gravity chutes, the Series 9031 automatically adapts the sliding path according to product characteristics — ensuring a controlled and nearly constant sliding speed regardless of chute height.

Lightweight or high-friction products follow a shorter path with a steeper inclination; heavier or low-friction products follow a longer path with a reduced inclination. This ensures a controlled and nearly constant sliding speed regardless of chute height — minimizing item impact and preserving package integrity throughout the descent.
Modular 30° and 45° sections allow flexible height configurations, easy integration into existing facilities and suitability for various elevation differences and layouts. Intermediate modules weigh less than 25 kg; modules are connected using six bolts per section, quick-lock hooks secure them to the central support pole, and an adjustable base plate simplifies leveling and installation. Sliding surfaces are manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel on a robust painted steel support structure, designed for intensive industrial operation and long service life.
