01 How fast will I get a reply?

Within one working day for anything sent Monday to Friday. If your message arrives over the weekend it's answered on Monday morning. Quotations that need a layout take longer — we'll tell you when to expect it rather than leaving you guessing.

02 What should I include for a quotation?

Five things get you a serious answer instead of a ballpark:

  • Throughput — items or parcels per hour, and the peak you have to survive
  • Product range — minimum and maximum dimensions and weight
  • The footprint you have to work inside, ideally as a drawing or DWG
  • Any existing equipment the new line has to meet
  • Your target date for going live
03 Do you handle spare parts for older installations?

Yes — including lines installed decades ago. Send the machine type or the plate number and we'll identify the part. Because we manufacture in-house, components for legacy equipment can be remade when they're no longer stocked.

04 Can we visit the factory?

We'd encourage it. Seeing equipment run before you commit tells you more than any specification sheet. Arrange it with the sales office on +39 02 991 996 313 and we'll set up a slot that suits you — Paderno Dugnano is roughly 25 minutes from central Milan.
