High-efficiency alignment system
Tilted rollers and a motorised vertical belt hold consistent left-side alignment, reaching up to 99.5% accuracy with stable gaps at both infeed and outfeed.
Consistent left-side alignment at high throughput, with stable gaps in and out.
The Aligner Type 9073 is a next-generation alignment module engineered for modern parcel sorting plants requiring high accuracy, controlled product flow and robust mechanical reliability. Tilted rollers, a motorised vertical belt and a reinforced steel frame work together to hold consistent left-side alignment under high-throughput conditions — reaching up to 99.5% alignment accuracy while maintaining stable gaps at both infeed and outfeed.
Up to 99.5% alignment accuracy with stable gaps preserved at both infeed and outfeed — the scanner downstream reads what it is given, first time, at full line rate.
Rollers inclined at 20° carry the parcel toward a motorised vertical belt, which squares it against the reference edge — together delivering up to 99.5% alignment accuracy under high-throughput conditions, while holding stable gaps at both infeed and outfeed. Two standard working widths of 850 and 1,050 mm are available in left- or right-hand configuration, on conveyor lengths of 2,600 and 3,000 mm.
A reinforced steel frame carries standardised components driven from a unified drive station, cutting the component count and simplifying the spares pool. Quick-release service mechanisms and advanced preventive-maintenance safeguards keep interventions short and planned. Rollers and belt run to 2.4 m/s at 50 kg/m and ≤ 70 dBA, on 2-layer antistatic belt material (Ammeraal / Habasit) with a flame-retardant option.

Transport load refers to an evenly distributed load along the conveying surface. All dimensions in millimetres unless stated. Specifications subject to change without notice.
Tilted rollers and a motorised vertical belt hold consistent left-side alignment, reaching up to 99.5% accuracy with stable gaps at both infeed and outfeed.
Two standard working widths in left- or right-hand configuration, on 2,600 or 3,000 mm conveyor lengths, adapt the module to the layout rather than the reverse.
Standardised components on a single drive station reduce the total part count — a smaller spares pool, one electrical standard and simpler troubleshooting.
Quick-release service mechanisms and preventive-maintenance safeguards keep interventions short and planned, so servicing does not become a line shutdown.
A reinforced steel frame holds geometry and alignment under continuous high-throughput duty, compliant with the CE Machinery Directive and ISO/EN safety standards.
Built for continuous duty at 50 kg/m and 2.4 m/s, at a noise level of ≤ 70 dBA — quiet enough to run adjacent to manned workstations.
Squaring parcels to the reference edge ahead of sortation.
High-capacity networks needing precise, repeatable alignment.

Datasheets and CAD models are supplied on request — send us your project details and our engineers will share the documentation for your configuration.
Every module shares one frame logic and drive concept — build the 9073 into a complete line.
Sets the gap the aligner then preserves through to the scanner.
