Three families: conveyor modules (straight and dynamic belt conveyors, curves, merges, aligners, line splitters, spiral chutes), functional machines such as the APS-2 automatic parcel singulator, gapping units and sorting carousels, and software including TetraMorph AI double detection and SCADA. We combine them into complete turn-key sorting systems.
A singulator turns a bulk flow of parcels into a single, ordered stream ready for sorting. Our APS-2 (Type 9041) reaches over 99% singulation accuracy at 6,000 parcels per hour with its detection conveyor, handles die-back conditions, and adjusts flow based on downstream feedback.
Yes. Every module has standard and custom options — for example the CHD Type 9008 straight conveyor comes in widths from 650 to 1500 mm with lengths up to 11,950 mm, and the Type 9074 belt curve can be configured at any angle from 30° to 120°. Tell our engineers your layout and volumes and we'll size the modules to fit.
Yes — from solution design based on your needs, through production in Italy, to installation and commissioning on site. Our systems run in facilities handling up to 800,000 parcels per day, across 39 countries including major hubs in Germany, the UK and Australia.
Our parallel gapping units sequence up to 10,000 parcels per hour, and the parcel singulator program scales to configurations of roughly 9,000 parcels per hour. Complete systems we've installed process up to 800,000 parcels per day.
TetraMorph is an AI-powered stereo-vision 3D detection system that identifies single, double and damaged parcels in real time at 30 fps — on both stationary and moving items — making it ideal for high-speed conveyor lines with compact space.
Yes. We supply web-based SCADA for real-time monitoring and control, a Tier-2 gateway that exchanges sorting data with your management system, and custom machine interfaces (TCP/IP and industry protocols) for scanners, X-ray machines, cameras and drives.
