Data Processed

  • The text of the messages you type into the chat window.
  • Your IP address, in hashed form only, used solely to limit the number of messages per visitor per hour and to prevent automated abuse. This hashed value is automatically deleted after one hour and is never stored together with your messages.

We do not store your name, email address, IP address or any other identifier alongside your messages, and we do not store the assistant’s replies.

Processing by Our Technology Provider

In order to generate replies, the content of your messages is transmitted to Anthropic PBC (United States), which operates the underlying artificial-intelligence model and acts as a data processor on our behalf. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, data submitted through its API is not used to train its models. This transfer outside the European Economic Area is covered by the safeguards described in Section 14 (International Data Transfers).

Storage for Service Improvement

Questions submitted to the assistant are stored on our website in anonymised form, so that we can identify the topics visitors most frequently ask about and improve the information published on this website. Before storage:

  • Email addresses and telephone numbers contained in the message are automatically removed.
  • No IP address, name, session identifier or other identifier is stored with the question.
