Added the new San Quirino factory

Established MCH for aluminium structures
A dedicated company for aluminium structures joins the family, deepening vertical integration across the product range.

MHS becomes the holding of a highly specialised group
The individual companies are brought together under one holding — a specialised group able to deliver complete turnkey lines.

New group structure — Mechanica Sistemi at the same level as MHS
