Precision curve drive system
A precision-machined tapered roller system with a PVC-lagged tapered drive roller delivers uniform belt traction from inner to outer radius.
Smooth directional changes at speed, with the flow held through the bend.
The Curve Conveyor Type 9074 is a next-generation curved conveying module developed for high-performance parcel sorting systems that require smooth directional changes, minimal noise and outstanding reliability. Built on more than 30 years of engineering expertise, it combines advanced belt-guidance technology, a precision-machined tapered roller system and a highly modular aluminium frame. Having a speed maximum speed of 3m/s and a transport load of 50kg/m, this Power Curve is suitable for the most demanding applications.
A precision-machined tapered roller system with a PVC-lagged drive roller gives uniform belt traction right across the curve — so items hold their spacing and orientation through the bend at up to 3 m/s.
A precision-machined tapered roller system works with advanced belt-guidance technology and a PVC-lagged tapered drive roller to deliver uniform belt traction from the inner to the outer radius. Five standard angles — 30°, 45°, 60°, 90° and 120° — on a 1,550 mm centreline radius, in working widths of 900, 1,050 and 1,500 mm, let the curve follow the layout instead of dictating it.
A highly modular, weld-free aluminium frame carries a proprietary combi-board slider bed that keeps friction and vibration low — which is where the ≤ 70 dBA noise floor comes from. The rapid-release belt and bearing system is engineered for fast maintenance with minimal downtime, and a reduced component count keeps the spares pool small.

Transport load refers to an evenly distributed load along the conveying surface. All dimensions in millimetres unless stated. Specifications subject to change without notice.
A precision-machined tapered roller system with a PVC-lagged tapered drive roller delivers uniform belt traction from inner to outer radius.
A highly modular aluminium frame structure assembled without welds — lighter, dimensionally consistent and straightforward to reconfigure on site.
Belt and bearings release quickly for service, engineered for fast maintenance with minimal downtime rather than a planned line stoppage.
A proprietary combi-board slider bed keeps friction and vibration low — the source of both the quiet running and the belt's service life.
Five standard angles and three working widths integrate into existing layouts, carrying up to 6,000 items per hour at belt speeds to 3 m/s.
Over 40 years of engineering expertise in a leaner mechanical design — fewer parts to stock and replace, compliant with CE and ISO/EN standards.
Directional changes without losing spacing or orientation.
High-capacity routing between storage, picking and dispatch.
Any conveyor run that has to change direction at line speed.
Compact installations needing smooth, high-speed curvature.
