Flexibility
Single, two and three-conveyor configurations adapt to each airport's check-in process, all built from the same 1,200 mm minimum belt.
Weighing, labelling and dispatching — split across one, two or three belts.
The Check-in Conveyor Belts Type 9025 is a robust and flexible solution widely used in airports, customisable to meet specific operational requirements. A single conveyor performs weighing, labelling and dispatching onto the take-away system; a two-conveyor set separates weighing and labelling from dispatching; a three-conveyor set gives each function its own belt — so the desk layout follows the airport's check-in process rather than the other way round.
The quietest module in the range at ≤ 60 dBA, with side guards profiled differently on the passenger and take-away sides — because this is the one conveyor a passenger stands next to.
A single conveyor performs weighing, labelling and dispatching onto the take-away system in one position. A two-conveyor set puts weighing and labelling on the first belt and dispatching on the second. A three-conveyor set gives each function its own belt. Every configuration is built from the same 1,200 mm minimum belt, so the desk grows from 1,200 to 2,400 to 3,600 mm without a bespoke design.
This is the one conveyor a passenger stands beside, so it runs at ≤ 60 dBA — the lowest noise figure in the range. Side guards are profiled differently on each side: 280 mm on the passengers' side, 245 mm on the take-away side, across a 588 mm internal width, or 1,188 mm overall for a double check-in. A clean, accessible mechanical design keeps service fast and planned downtime short, on 2-layer antistatic belt material (Ammeraal / Habasit) with a flame-retardant option.

Single, two and three-conveyor configurations adapt to each airport's check-in process, all built from the same 1,200 mm minimum belt.
Weighing, labelling and dispatching onto the take-away system can share one belt or take one each — the split follows the desk workflow.
Guards are profiled per side — 280 mm facing passengers, 245 mm on the take-away side — across a 588 mm internal width, or 1,188 mm for a double check-in.
At ≤ 60 dBA this is the quietest module in the range — appropriate for a machine passengers stand next to for the length of a transaction.
A clean, accessible mechanical design keeps service fast and planned downtime short — important at a desk that has to open on schedule.
