The innovative Flat Structure design keeps the system to an ultra-low vertical profile of 110 mm along its whole length — or 200 mm when equipped with the hinged frame kit. Three standard working widths of 650, 850 and 1,050 mm, side guards from 0 to 600 mm and a minimum conveying height of 300 mm give high modularity and flexibility in compact conveyor layouts where installation height and system density are critical.

Unified drive concept
Optimised belt architecture, one drive logic
A highly optimised stripes belt architecture — 60 mm stripes in quantities of 9, 12 or 15 depending on working width — works with a robust frame structure and a unified drive concept to deliver efficient product positioning and consistent flow management. Merge angles of 30° to 45° and belt speeds to 2.7 m/s handle precise lateral redirection at 50 kg/m, on 2-layer antistatic belt material (Ammeraal / Habasit) with a flame-retardant option.
