Ultra-low flat structure
An innovative Flat Structure design holds a 110 mm vertical profile along the entire length — 200 mm with the hinged frame kit — for compact, high-density layouts.
Inserting module that induces parcels onto the collector conveyor.
The Roller Merge Type 9070 is a high-strength and dependable inserting module designed for modern sorting plants that require precise and consistent parcel induction onto collector conveyors. A solid roller conveyor base is enhanced with a dedicated transmission system, protective structures and a reinforced support frame — delivering repeatable merge behaviour at up to 2 m/s, in left- or right-hand configuration, at merge angles of 30° to 45°.
A rigid roller platform on a reinforced support frame, with its own transmission belt group — the merge point holds its geometry under continuous induction load rather than drifting out of alignment.
The 9070 is built on a solid roller conveyor base carried by a reinforced support frame, with integrated sideguard protection from a minimum height of 150 mm. Three standard working widths of 650, 850 and 1,050 mm are available in left- or right-hand configuration, so the merge point can be set on either side of the collector line without a bespoke frame.
A dedicated transmission belt group drives the rollers independently of the collector line, so induction stays consistent as upstream flow varies. Merge angles from 30° to 45° suit both tight plant layouts and gentle high-speed inductions, at speeds up to 2 m/s and a transport load of 50 kg/m — all at a noise level of ≤ 67 dBA, and compliant with the CE Machinery Directive and ISO/EN safety standards.

Add the hinged frame kit and the vertical profile becomes 200 mm. Transport load refers to an evenly distributed load along the conveying surface. All dimensions in millimetres unless stated. Specifications subject to change without notice.
An innovative Flat Structure design holds a 110 mm vertical profile along the entire length — 200 mm with the hinged frame kit — for compact, high-density layouts.
Three standard working widths from 650 to 1,050 mm, side guards from 0 to 600 mm and merge angles of 30° to 45° adapt the platform to each layout.
One drive logic across the platform delivers efficient product positioning and consistent flow management, even under demanding operating conditions.
The hinged frame kit and accessible belt stripes make routine service a scheduled task rather than a line shutdown, cutting maintenance interruptions.
A robust frame structure carries the optimised belt architecture, holding geometry and alignment through continuous merge and diverge duty.
Built on more than three decades of material-handling expertise, at ≤ 70 dBA and compliant with the CE Machinery Directive and ISO/EN safety standards.
