The APS-2 9041 Automatic Parcel Singulator is one dedicated version within a wider range of singulation solutions, designed to address different system requirements. It combines multiple key functions in one compact unit — converting bulk parcel flow into a fully singulated stream, detecting and separating double items, and creating consistent spacing through dynamic gapping. Shape detection progressively releases items into a single file, so both regular and irregular parcels are handled.

The APS-2 converts bulk parcel flow into a fully singulated stream, detects and separates double items automatically, and creates consistent spacing through dynamic gapping — functions that would otherwise need three separate machines. Scalable throughput
Run at the rate the shift actually needs
The machine runs in 100%, 75% or 50% mode to match demand — 6,000, 4,500 or 3,000 parcels per hour. Dropping a mode reduces wear and energy draw on shifts that do not need full rate, without reconfiguring the line. Operation stays at ≤ 70 dBA, within an ambient range of 10 °C to 40 °C and up to 90% relative humidity, non-condensing. Shown here with the high-density horizontal diverter (HSU).

Double detection
Detects and separates double items automatically — available with a vertical diverter (VSU) or a high-density horizontal diverter (HSU).
Dynamic gapping
Creates consistent spacing between items through dynamic gapping, so the downstream scanner and sorter receive a predictable stream.
