Career Day PMI is the Politecnico di Milano’s fair dedicated to small and medium enterprises — la fiera delle piccole e medie imprese — organised by the university’s Career Service at Campus Durando. No giant corporate stands: the format is built around one-to-one interviews between companies and the Politecnico’s engineering students and graduates.
That format suits us. Mechanica Sistemi has always hired engineers who want to see a project through — from the first layout sketch to a running sorting line — and that’s a conversation you can only have face to face. Over three days our team sat down with candidates for four open engineering roles, CVs on one side of the table and real projects on the other.
